Cement Suction and Discharge Rubber Hoses for Ships

Layers of high tensile cords suitably impregnated with Rubber. Discontinuous steel rings are provided to take care of suction, crush resistance and avoid kinking and improve the sturdiness of the hose  from end to end to get more flexibility and withstand Vacuum

Application:	Recommended for conveying moist sand and cement from ships to plant and plant to ships. Also, recommended for conveying wet concrete and grouting mixtures, under pressure.
Construction:	TUBE: Uniform thickness seamless synthetic rubber inner tube blended with abrasion, age and weather resistant rubber.
Reinforcement Type 1	Layers of high tensile synthetic textile impregnated with elastomeric material and spiral wire from end to end to get more flexibility and withstand Vacuum
Reinforcement Type 2	Layers of high tensile cords suitably impregnated with Rubber. Discontinuous steel rings are provided to take care of suction, crush resistance and avoid kinking and improve the sturdiness of the hose from end to end to get more flexibility and withstand Vacuum
Cover:	Static dissipating, synthetic abrasive resistant rubber with gray strip.
Electric Conductivity:	Anti-static copper wire.
Temperature:	-40°C to 60°C continuous service.
Hydrostatic Pressure:	The hoses are suitable for Working pressure of 7 kg/cm2g,10kg/cm2g,15 kg/cm2g, 20kg/cm2g.
